Wonderland Ambassador of Sleep:
Rannveig Aamodt

"With an active life style, it is just as important to get enough sleep and relaxation as it is with regular excercise and keeping a healthy diet. When you get a good night’s sleep, your muscles can recover more effectively and your body can get ready for a new active day."

Rannveig Aamodt is a professional climber and a sleep ambassador for Wonderland. She grew up in Romsdalen in Norway, and is now living in Colorado, USA where she also works as a photographer.

"A good night’s sets the foundation for everything. If I sleep too little for longer periods, the quality of my training decreases. I easily get tired, lose focus and I feel that my body does not recover as well from previous training."

Better sleep quality

"For many years I thought it was the climbling that made my arms uncomfortable and numb when sleeping. Now I have learnt how important it is with a good bed and pillow, to get better circulation and less pressure on your shoulders."

Everyday challenges

"We all have busy daily lives where we try to find a balance between work, family and leisure. With a good night’s sleep, it is easier to deal with everyday challenges. We get more energized, better patience and life gets less stressful."
