The natural latex in Wonderland's mattresses, is vulcanized treated latex that will not cause contact or respiratory allergy.

Latex allergy is a reaction to certain proteins that can be found in untreated natural rubber latex.

When the natural latex is exposed to high temperatures through a process called vulcanization, the latex will not cause contact or respiratory (caughing or sneezing) allergy. It is the the untreated latex used in preservatives, gloves or unwashed latex products that can cause the latex allergy.
